Delivering the keynote address to the Libertarian convention Thursday night, retired WIU professor Adam Chacksfield said that despite most Americans adhering to ethical standards, the Democratic and Republican parties and special interests have abused power and reduced government to the level of the "pre-Revolutionary monarchies."
